Soldier Boyz (1996) [Brophy]: Shot repeatedly in the stomach/chest by Guerrillas as he leads them away from Michael Dudikoff and the others.

The X-Files: Kaddish (1997) [Derek Banks]: Strangled by the golem version of Harrison Coe, his body is later seen hanging from the rafters when David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson collide into him, then again when Harrison returns to observe him swinging back and forth.
Spawn: The Mindkiller (1999, animated) [Joey]: Shot in the head by John DiMaggio, on top of being shot in the chest by Eric Roberts.
