The Green Hornet (2011) [Chili]: Crushed to death when some construction equipment is blasted through the air and lands on his car. His body is shown sticking out of the wreckage afterwards, and is shown again later on at his funeral.
Copshop (2021) [Duane Mitchell]: Shot in the head by Ryan O'Nan.

The Walking Dead: What Happened and What's Going On (2015) [Tyreese]: Dies from blood loss after Danai Gurira severs his forearm after he is bitten by Xavion Shelton, the zombified brother of Tyler James Williams, and another zombie in order to prevent the infection from spreading. He is then stabbed in the head off-screen by Danai and is later buried.
Arrow: Human Target (2016) [Tobias Church]: Killed after Prometheus (Josh Segarra) throws a shuriken into his neck shortly after Chad confesses to him the Green Arrow's identity.
The Expanse: Gaugamela (2020) [Frederick "Fred" Johnson]: Dies after being shot in the back by Bahia Watson.
Invincible: It's About Time (2021; animated) [Martian Man]: Organ fatally ripped off by Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons).
