  • Blacke's Magic: Breathing Room (1986) [Nick Gasparini]: Shot in the chest by Jack Bannon while he is in a trance from his buried alive performance.
  • Mission: Impossible: The Greek (1989) [Socrates Colonnades]: Shot in the back by Nicholas Hammond; he dies shortly after shooting Nicholas.
  • In the Heat of the Night: Dangerous Engagement (1994) [Father DiMarco]: Cesare doesn't appear in this episode (as it was filmed a couple of years after his real-life death), but it was revealed that his character from the 1992 episodes Sanctuary and The Law on Trial died of unspecified causes; we learn of his death during a dialogue between Carroll O'Connor and Denise Nicholas.
