- Cleopatra (1963) [Apollodorus]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by stabbing himself with a poisoned blade; his body is shown afterwards when Roddy McDowall and his men discover him.
TV Deaths[]
- Matt Houston: X-22 (1982) [Nicolo Giambaccinni]: Burned to death when he smashed a champagne bottle on his ocean liner after Fred Biletnikoff planted nitro on the yacht.
- Blacke's Magic: Breathing Room (1986) [Nick Gasparini]: Shot in the chest by Jack Bannon while he is in a trance from his buried alive performance.
- Mission: Impossible: The Greek (1989) [Socrates Colonnades]: Shot in the back by Nicholas Hammond; he dies shortly after shooting Nicholas.
- In the Heat of the Night: Dangerous Engagement (1994) [Father DiMarco]: Cesare doesn't appear in this episode (as it was filmed a couple of years after his real-life death), but it was revealed that his character from the 1992 episodes Sanctuary and The Law on Trial died of unspecified causes; we learn of his death during a dialogue between Carroll O'Connor and Denise Nicholas.
