- Star Trek: Voyager: Emanations (1995) [Ptera]: Dies after using the cenotaph, an euthanasia device by her species. She previously suffered from a tumorous growth near her brain. She was revived by Robert Picardo but died later again when the Voyager crew tried to beam her onto one of the asteroids where the dead people of her species were transported to.
