• One Step Beyond: Father Image (1959) [Valerie McKay]: Killed (off-screen, exact method unclear) by Jack Lord (appearing in the place of his father in an image of the past) in her dressing room. The scene ends as Jack approaches her menacingly.
• Peter Gunn: Kill from Nowhere (1959) [Gloria Scully]: Executed for masterminding the murder of Mary Alan Hokanson. Even though she was alive at the episode's end the case against her was so airtight Herschel Bernardi informs Craig Stevens that she would soon follow Mary Alan in death.
• Perry Mason: The Case of the Irate Inventor (1960) [Thelma Frazer]:
• Gunsmoke: The Sisters (1969) [Ivy Landers]: Dies of an unspecified illness in the boxcar of a train just before it arrives in Dodge City. (Thanks to Brian)
