- Water Rats: A Day at the Office (1999) [Detective Senior Rachel 'Goldie' Goldstein]: Stabbed in the chest by Brian Meegan. She dies in the arms of Steve Bisley.
- Wentworth: No Place Like Home (2013) [Meg Jackson]: Stabbed in the chest with a shank (made out of a can opener) by Nicole da Silva during a prison riot. The murder is shown in full in the episode Checkmate.
- Pieces of Her: Episode 1.2 (2022) [Grace Juno]: Commits suicide by shooting herself in the head right after shooting Terry O'Quinn during a televised debate.
