The Vindicator (1986) [Catherine Collins]: Neck snapped by Pam Grier. Her body is shown again when Maury Chaykin puts her in the front seat of a car to make it look like a car crash.

Friday the 13th: The Series: Double Exposure (1988) [Cathy Steiner]: Hacked to death with a machete by Gary Frank's duplicate in her apartment.
Friday the 13th: The Series: Coven of Darkness (1989) [Crystal]: Stabbed in the back by a flying dagger during a magical battle between the coven and John D. LeMay.
X-Men: The Dark Phoenix - Part IV: The Fate of the Phoenix (1994; animated) [Jean Grey/Phoenix]: Playing a dual role, Jean is killed by a laser fired at her by the Shi'ar High Council Carrier; she is brought back to life by the Phoenix (who survives the episode) using parts of the other X-Men's life forces.
Forever Knight: Last Knight (1996) [[Dr. Natalie Lambert]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood by Geraint Wyn Davies.
Sailor Moon S: Next In Line/Invasion from an Alternate Dimension! Mystery of Infinity Academy (2001; anime) [Mimete]: Presumably starved to death in cyber space after Tellu (Kirsten Bishop/Julie Lemieux) pulls the plug on the giant TV screen she was in, trapping her there forever.
