JAG: Skeleton Crew (1996) [Lt. Dianne Schonke]: Shot to death (off-screen) with her own gun while trying to fight off a rapist. Her body is shown sitting in her car, and then later in the morgue. (Note: This was filmed before Catherine joined the cast as a series regular as an entirely different character. This episode was not aired at the time due to the change in networks, but premiered when the series went into syndication. This "unsolved" case was resolved in the 1998 episode Death Watch, which presumably contains flashbacks of Catherine's murder.)
Hercules: The Legendary Journeys: The Lady and the Dragon (1997) [Cynea]: Accidentally stabbed in the stomach by Rene Naufohu with his sword. (Thanks to Lucien)
Thrill Seekers (The Time Shifters) (1999; TV film) [Elizabeth Winters]: Killed in an explosion when her car blows up; Casper Van Dien later goes back in time and prevents her death. (Thanks to GLC)
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Choreographed (2006) [Naomi Cheales]: Is temporarily clinically dead due to septic shock caused by a transmitter that her husband (Bob Saget) had implanted under her skin; she is successfully revived.
