The Evil (1978) [Mary Harper]: Mauled and knocked over a railing by a demonic dog.
A Caribbean Mystery (1983) [Lucky Dyson]: Strangled by Jameson Parker by a riverbank; her body is shown afterwards when the others discover her in the water. (Thanks to Hamish)
The Osterman Weekend (1983) [Betty Cardone]: Killed in an explosion after being trapped (along with Dennis Hopper, Chris Sarandon and Helen Shaver) when John Hurt detonates a bomb in their RV, this is shown on a television screen that Rutger Hauer and Craig T. Nelson is watching. (Thanks to Johan)

Barnaby Jones: Wipeout (1976) [Donna Reese]: Killed by Jeff Conaway.
Of Mice and Men (1981 TV) [Mae]: Neck accidentally snapped by Randy Quaid in the barn. We just see her legs kicking, then dangling limply, followed by an obscured view of the body as Randy attempts to cover it up with hay.
Murder, She Wrote: Fatal Paradise (1994) [Dorie Spaulding]: Shot in the chest by Christopher Allport.
Silk Stalkings: The Lonely Hunter (1995) [Susan Strong]: Killed (off-screen) by Amy Walker. Her body was discovered by Rob Estes.
