- Sailor Moon Crystal: Invasion -Sailor Venus- (2016; anime) [Calaveras]: Disintegrated by Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh), who blasts her with Moon Princess Halation.
- Naruto Shippuden: Moonlit Night (2018; anime) [Izumi Uchiha]: Killed by Obito (Michael Yurchak) posing as Madara Uchiha (Neil Kaplan) as part of the Uchiha Clan Massacre.
- Amphibia: The Core and the King (2022;animated) [Leif Plantar]: Voicing a Frog and a character from the past, died sometime around the past. She only appears in flashbacks throughout the series.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Nier: Automata (2017) [Operator 6O]: Dies (off-screen) in Ending C when the Logic Virus infects her at the Bunker. If the player, as 2B (Kira Buckland), gave the desert flower to 6O before the ending was chosen, she will thank 2B for giving her the flower as she dies from the infection, causing 2B to briefly cry out of grief.
