Grey's Anatomy: Things We Lost in the Fire (2015) [Casey] Dies from heart failure and other injuries after being severely burned in a wildfire. He dies while he is speaking with Loanne Bishop, who comforts him by promising that his loved ones will be okay, and also noting how proud she was of his bravery, until he passes away.
Agent Carter: Life of the Party (2016) [Thomas Gloucester]: Absorbed with Zero Matter by Wynn Everett, as punishment for betraying her and attempting to capture her, while the rest of the council at the meeting, including Currie Graham and Ray Wise, look on in horror, or are also absorbed by Wynn.

Call of Juarez: The Cartel (2011) [Benjamin "Ben" McCall]: Casey can live or die in one of the three endings to the game. If the player as Zeus Mendoza or Janora McDuffie decide to kill their teammates, Casey is shot and killed by one of the two. Otherwise, Casey survives the game if the player controls him during the final mission, regardless of player decisions.
