Bodily Harm (1995) [Michael Cates]: Killed in a fight/shootout with cops (presumably with Linda Fiorentino, Daniel Baldwin or Gregg Henry)
Broken Arrow (1996) [Novacek]: Killed in an explosion (along with everyone else on board) when he is shot repeatedly by Christian Slater, causing him to crash the helicopter he's flying into a cliff face.
Shadow Conspiracy (1997) [Stokes]: Hit by a subway train/killed by Stephen Lang.

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: What You Leave Behind (1999) [Damar]: Shot in a fight and shootout with Dominon forces, he dies while telling Nana Visitor and Andrew Robinson to keep fighting. (Casey was wearing Cardassian makeup for the role).
The X Files: Vienen (2001) [Saksa]: After being possessed by the alien black oil he is destroyed along with all the other possessed crewmembers when the oil rig catches fire and explodes.
Medium: We had a Dream (2004) [Ken Androsky]: TBA
Person of Interest: Allegiance (2014) [Ken Davis]: Killed (Off-Screen) by Samaritan Operatives on John Nolan's orders for being a Loose End.
The Rookie: S.T.R. (2023) [Ed Tesca]: Killed (off-screen) on the order of Michael Rooker after Casey unsuccessfully tried to have Michael and Alison Thornton killed.

Alamo: The Price of Freedom (1988) [William Barret Travis]: Shot in the head by a Mexican soldier, he dies after he is able to stab a Mexican officer with his sword.
