- CSI: NY: Cold Reveal (2007) [Toby Finch]: Neck broken after drunkenly launching himself from a catapult mounted on the roof of the Chase-Whittly Building after cutting the bungee cord; the impact of him launching causes an extreme whiplash effect. His body later crashes through the window of a church a fair distance away.
