- Murphy's Law (1986) [Joan Freeman]: Impaled on a spiked fence after falling from a fire escape stairway at the end of a fight with Charles Bronson in an abandoned building (after Carrie loses her grip on an axe she's dangling off of and Charles refuses to help her due to her criminal behavior).
- Ed Gein (In the Light of the Moon) (2000) [Augusta Gein]: Dies of a stroke (off-screen); her body is shown lying in bed afterwards with her son (Steve Railsback) sitting by her side.
