- Return of the Saint: The Arrangement (1978) [Lady Greer Stevens]: Commits suicide by jumping from her balcony, rather then be arrested. We only see her jump; her body is not shown afterwards. (Thanks to Johan)
- Quantum Leap: Revenge of the Evil Leaper - September 16, 1987 (1993) [Zoey]: Shot by Scott Bakula. It is unknown whether or not this actually killed her, as the person she leapt into (Sam Scarber) survived with no injuries.
Video Game Deaths
- Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None (2005) [Gabrielle Steele/Emily Brent]: Hung to death after Nolan North shoved her into a noose she had prepared to use to kill Tina Illman (after previously faking a death from an allergic reaction to bee stings).
- Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None (2005) [Ethel Rogers]: Given a fatal overdose of Trional by Gabrielle Steele/Emily Brent (also voiced by Carolyn).
- Mass Effect 2 (2010) [Dr. Karin Chakwas] During the game's Suicide Mission, Carolyn can die if the player opts to not have a squad member escort her to safety. Otherwise, Carolyn survives the game.
- Gears of War 3 (2011) [Queen Myrah] Stabbed in the stomach by John DiMaggio with Carlos Ferro's knife.
