- From Beyond (1986) [Dr. Bloch]: Brain sucked out by Jeffrey Combs through her eye socket.
- Dolls (1987) [Rosemary Bower]: Falls out of a window after being attacked by the dolls; she is later turned into a living doll and is shown with the other dolls at the end of the movie. (There is also an earlier sequence in which Carolyn is mauled to death when a giant teddy bear transforms into a real bear; this turns out to be Carrie Lorraine's daydream.) (Thanks to Jeff)
