- Star Trek: The Next Generation: The Big Goodbye (1988) [Jessica Bradley]: Murdered (off-screen) between Patrick Stewart's trips to the holodeck by Lawrence Tierney or one of his thugs. We learn of her demise when Patrick reads about her death in a newspaper article. Of course being a holodeck creation the character was never really alive.
