- Cliffhanger (1993) [Kristel]: Shot twice in the back at point-blank range (with exit wounds through her chest) by John Lithgow (after Rex Linn threatens to mutiny against John), causing her to fall into their hijacked helicopter (her body is later seen as John drags her out of their aircraft while returning Rex's tracking device).
- White Squall (1996) [Dr. Alice Sheldon]: Drowned when trapped aboard a sinking ship. (Thanks to Jon)
