Æon Flux (2005) [Freya]: Killed (off-screen, expect method unclear) by Jonny Lee Miller's men; his body is shown afterwards when Marton Csokas and Charlize Theron discover her.

Everly (2014) [Zelda]: Shot in the head off camera (we only see blood splatter) by Salma Hayek at the end of their fight.
Mayhem (2017) [The Siren]: Stabbed to death with a pair of scissors by Claire Dellamar as Steven Yeun and Samara Weaving watch in amusement. Her body is seen again when Steven and Samara show her severed tongue to Steven Brand over video chat.

Torchwood: Cyberwoman (2006) [Lisa Hallett]: Playing a partially cyber-converted human, her body dies when she transfers her brain into Bethan Walker; her brain dies when Bethan is gunned down by John Barrowman, Eve Myles, Burn Gorman and Gareth David-Lloyd.
The Shannara Chronicles: Blood (2017) [Queen Tamlin]: Rather than being pushed from the top of her palace dam in an execution by Desmond Chiam after his army takes her kingdom, she opts to kill herself by stepping off the edge.
