- Home and Away: 31 August 2000 (2000) [Alicia Campbell]: Falls off a cliff (off-screen); her body is shown when emergency workers discover her.
- Parallax: It Ain't Over (2004) [Veronica Johnson / Betti]: Playing a dual role as twin sisters, "Betti" is vaporized after being tricked by Gillian Alexy into drinking genetically-modified water. Her death is inadvertently undone by Gillian when she brings back everyone killed by the water. ("Veronica Johnson" survives the episode.)
- Legend of the Seeker: Broken (2009) [Miss Crantan / Mistress Nathair]: Killed by Bridget Regan with her powers; she dies after speaking to Tabrett Bethell.
