- Reeker (2005) [Mom]: Killed (off-screen) by David Hadinger; she appears as a ghost afterwards when the blind Devon Gummersall enters the room where she is. (It later turns out she was actually killed in a car accident, and the rest of the station is a realm in between life and death). (Thanks to ND)

- God of War II (2007) [Athena]: Fatally stabbed by Terrence 'T.C.' Carson, as Carole tries to stop him from killing Corey Burton. (Mythologically inaccurate; Athena was immortal and, therefore, couldn't die.)
