The Carol Burnett Show (1967-78) [Various]: Her characters have sometimes “died” in various comedy sketches; specific examples/episodes will be added below.
The Carol Burnett Show: Episode 3.10 (1969) [Princess Cecily]: Accidentally stabbed in the stomach with a sword by Tim Conway as he tries to kiss her; she dies shortly afterwards, after Tim accidentally stabs himself and collapses beside her. (Played for comic effect.)
The Carol Burnett Show: Episode 5.14 (1971) [Norma Desmond/Various Characters]: Accidentally shoots herself in the chest while gesturing wildly with a gun, after she kills Steve Lawrence; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to Harvey Korman. (A parody of Gloria Swanson's role in Sunset Boulevard, though Gloria's character did not die in the original movie.)
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Ballerina (2009) [Birdie Sulloway]: Although she survives the episode, she is diagnosed with terminal cancer, and has only a few months to live.
Hawaii Five-0: Ua ola Ioko i ke aloha (2016) [Deb McGarrett]: Dies of brain cancer, with her nephew (Alex O'Loughlin) by her bedside.
