Film Deaths[]

Disturbing Behavior (1998) [Abbey]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting herself after discovering Ethan Embry's body, several months before the story begins. Carly only appears briefly in James Marsden's nightmares/flashbacks. Her death is only mentioned in the DVD's deleted scenes, in which James tells Katie Holmes about Ethan's and Carly's suicides; in the finished film, this monologue is cut short so that only Ethan's death is mentioned (Carly's fate is not revealed at all).
Nemesis Game (2003) [Sarah Novak]: Attacked with a baseball bat by Adrian Paul as the movie cuts to black. Her death is confirmed by the ensuing text.
Beneath (2007) [Vanessa]: Stabbed in the back by her daughter (Jessica Amlee), who believed the disfigured Carly to be a "monster" haunting the house as her sister (Nora Zehetner) looks on in shock (she then falls into a pool). She later appear as a ghost to her daughter.

Trapped in a Purple Haze (2000 TV) [Molly White]: Dies of a drug overdose in bed; her body is shown afterwards when Jonathan Jackson discovers that she's dead.
24: Day 7: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (2009) [Samantha Roth]: Stabbed to death by Warren Kole in her apartment, as part of a set-up to frame Colm Feore for her murder. (Continuity error: Her right legs moves after she dies.)
Blindspot:Deductions (2018) [Quinn]: Shot in the back by Audrey Esparza while Carly Is firing her gun at Luke Mitchell.
Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin: Chapter One: Spirit Week (2022) [Davie Adams]: Commits suicide by slitting her wrists in a bathtub (off-screen); her body is shown when her daughter (Bailee Madison) and Mallory Bechtel discover her.
