Shake Rattle & Roll 12 (2010) [Dianne]: Mauled (off-screen) by Nash Aguas' growling eyes as transformation into a dog creature after escaping from Sid Lucero and his family's wickedness which cuts the screen into black and ends the film upon mauling to death, turning out that Nash is the only remaining living antagonist in the segment.
Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience (2023) [Mary Ann Armstrong]: In the film version of the television series, she dies after being crashing herself with a jet into Vaizanger's mouth and the monster's jaw was damaged to save Voltes V (Miguel Tanfelix, Radson Flores, Matt Lozano, Ysabel Ortega and Raphael Landicho) as her three sons looks in shocked and break their tears before Miguel gets avenged her death by the end of fight with Vaizanger (ordered by Martin del Rosario). Pari Ko'y: Episode 102-103 (2015) [Michelle Capistrano-Banal]: Dies of cancer stricken in Dingdong Dantes shortly afterwards while she was giving her last farewell to David Remo.
Family Jewels: Episode 38 (2018) [Crystal Rose Roces-Javellana]: Suffocated to death (off-screen) by unknown murderer in her nightmare. Carla survives from the reality.
Family Jewels: Episode 50 (2018) [Crystal Rose Roces-Javellana]: Hanged by Katrina Halili where she was escaped from the police. She is later brought back to her life.
