Licence to Kill (1989) [Warehouse Guard]: Electrocuted when Timothy Dalton pulls him (using a tool) into a glass tank containing an electric eel.
Rapid Fire (1992) [Gunman]: Shot to death by the police.
Natural Born Killers (1994) [Mallory's Guard #2]: Shot by Woody Harrelson when he storms the room.
The Specialist (1994) [Ned´s thug in hotel room]: Dies (along with Tony Munafo & Robert Apisa) when Sylvester Stallone detonates a bomb under an apartment room extension, causing the structure containing Robert (and Tony Munafo) to plunge into the sea crushing Carl Ciarfalio (it’s unclear whether the impact or drowning killed them).
Casino (1995) [Tony Dogs]: Throat slit (offscreen) by Frank Vincent after having his head partially crushed in a vise by Joe Pesci. We don't see the final incision, but Frank is last seen drawing his knife and approaching Carl with the instruction of "doing him a favour."
Scanner Cop II (1995) [Lobby Cop #2] Shot by Jim Blumetti while under the mind control of Patrick Kilpatrick.
The Limey (1999) [Warehouse Thug]: Shot by Terence Stamp off-screen. His body is never shown.
Species III (2004) [Security Guard #2]: Pierced from behind by one of the tentacles of Amelia Cooke in its alien form and thrown into vortices within sight of Robin Dunne.

Magnum, P.I.: Summer School (1986) [Second Hitman]: Shot to death by Tom Selleck and Roger E. Mosley.
Seven Days: Pilot (1998) [Cadre Member #1]: Killed in an explosion, along with the rest of Peter J. Lucas' men, when Peter detonates a grenade while their ship is being boarded by Serbian forces. This death is undone after Jonathan LaPaglia goes back in time; however, he dies once again when he is killed in a shootout with NSA forces in a motel room.
Charmed: Happily Ever After (2002) [Huntsman]: Blown up with Holly Marie Combs's molecular combustion in self-defense.
24: Day 2: 8:00am-9:00am (2002) [Marshall Goren]: Shot in the chest by Kiefer Sutherland in Xander Berkeley's presence, then Kiefer cuts his head with a SAW Post-mortem.
CSI: Leapin’ Lizards (2007) [Hank Connors]: Commits suicide by shooting himself.
Extant: A Pack Of Cards (2014) [Service Truck Driver]: Shot by Brad Beyer.
