Suicide Squad (2016) [June Moone / Enchantress]: Portraying a human possessed by a spirit. "Enchantress", the spirit, is destroyed when Joel Kinnaman crushes her heart. "June Moone", the human host, survives the film. ("June Moone" also dies in a hospital as Joel watches in horror, but this turns out to be an illusion created by the spirit.)
Life in a Year (2020) [Isabelle]: Dies from illness with Jaden Smith by her side.

American Horror Story: Delicate: Ave Hestia (2024) [Ivy Ehrenreich]: As a human, Cara dies from excessive blood loss after performing cesarean section surgery by herself in order to deliver her babies. She was later resurrected by Kim Kardashian and turns her into an immortal witch.
American Horror Story: Delicate: The Auteur (2024) [Ivy Ehrenreich]: As an immortal witch, she is executed when her throat is slit by Kim Kardashian as punishment against Cara for killing her son (Matt Czuchry) as Emma Roberts and Kim’s group of witches witness this.

James and the Giant Peach with Taika and Friends: Cara Delevingne, Olivia Wilde & more join Taika Waititi to read James & the Giant Peach (2020) [Aunt Spiker / Old Green Grasshopper]: Playing a dual role, "Aunt Spiker" is crushed to death (along with Tessa Thompson) by a giant peach. "Old Green Grasshopper" survives the episode. (This is a reading of the book; her death is not depicted on-screen, but described in Taika Waititi's narration.)
