- The Flash: The Present (2016) [Iris West]: Stabbed through the back by Savitar (voiced by Tobin Bell) as Grant Gustin races to save her (This happens in a possible future so Candice is alive in the present.)
- The Flash: Cause and XS (2019) [Iris West]: Impaled in the back with a lightning-shaped dagger by Chris Klein; This death is erased when Jessica Parker Kennedy travels back in time and fixes the timeline.
- The Flash: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Three (2019) [Iris West-Allen]: Disintegrated by Anti-Matter. Candice is resurrected off-screen in the new universe created by Stephen Amell and the seven Paragons in Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Four.
- The Flash: Liberation (2020) [Iris West-Allen (Mirrorverse)]: In a dual role as Iris West-Allen and her Mirrorverse counterpart, the Mirrorverse counterpart dies in Grant Gustin's arms after being shattered by Efrat Dor's mirror manipulation powers. (The real Iris survives the episode.)
- The Flash: Negative, Part One (2022) [Iris West-Allen]: Is accidentally hit by Grant Gustin's lightning when she lands in the middle of a fight between Grant and the three Negative Forces. She is brought back in Negative, Part Two by the Time Stone.
- The Flash: Negative, Part One (2023) [Iris West-Allen]: Killed (off-screen) when a nuclear device detonates during a battle between The Flash and Captain Boomerang (Richard Harmon) inside a recurring time loop. Her death resets the loop, allowing her to awaken again the next morning beside Barry (Grant Gustin).
