Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (Friday the 13th Part IV) (1984) [Tina Moore]: Falls to her death after Jason (Ted White) kicks her out of the window, she falls on a cars windshield. Her body is shown again later on when Kimberly Beck discovers her outside the cabin door.
The Dark Side Of The Moon (1990) [Lesli]: Decapitated (off-screen) by the alien force on the spaceship; her headless body is shown sitting in her chair afterwards. (As her character is an android and not a living being, it's arguable whether this constitutes a "death" scene, but she is destroyed in any case.)
