- Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) [Rex Diaper (death by diaper & toxic foot crush)]: Skull crushed when the Toxic Avenger (David Mattey) stomps on his head, after first rubbing Caleb's own diaper in his face. After Toxie travels to the parallel universe, Caleb's counterpart is beaten to death in a fight with Toxie. (Played for comic effect.)
- Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead (2006) [Carl Jr.]: After having a chicken monster attached to his penis, he dies when Rose Ghavami sticks a mop handle into his butt which penetrates out his penis. He returns to life as a chicken zombie monster and dies when he his given alcohol to drink by Jason Yachanin
