  • Intruder (Night Crew: The Final Checkout) (1989) [Bub]: Head crushed in a hydraulic press by Dan Hicks; his body is shown again later on when Elizabeth Cox discovers him.
  • Pulp Fiction (1994) [Roger 'Flock of Seagulls']: Shot to death by Samuel L. Jackson while Burr is lying on the couch and Frank Whaley is talking to Samuel. (Thanks to Tal)
