- RoboCop 3 (1993) [Otomo]: Playing multiple "Otomo" androids, one is rendered un-operational at the end of a fight after being shot with an arm-mounted gun by the cyborg Robert John Burke; his "body" is shown afterwards when Burke decapitates Bruce with a shot to the head. Two other "Otomos" simultaneously decapitate each other with swords when Remy Ryan and Jill Hennessy reprogram them to do so during their fight with Robert, while John Castle looks on helplessly; this causes them to automatically self-destruct afterwards.

- Murder, She Wrote: Kendo Killing (1996) [Koji Hitaki]: Stabbed in the chest with a katana by Tom Wopat, who mistook him for David Stratton.
- NCIS: A Many Splendored Thing (2017) [Kai Chen]: Killed in an explosion.
