- Hogfather (2006; TV movie) [The Tooth Fairy a.k.a. The Bogeyman]: Dies of old age while talking to Michelle Dockery, after Michelle reassures Bridget that she will find a replacement for the Tooth Fairy position. Because Death cannot enter the Tooth Fairy's castle, Bridget disappears in order to re-materialize (off-screen) in the outside world so that Death can claim her.
