- Barefoot Gen (1995;anime) [Shinji Nakaoka]: Burned to death along with his father (Kirk Thornton), and sister (Wendee Lee) after their house collapsed on them and caught on fire following the atomic bomb being dropped on Hiroshima.
TV Deaths[]
- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Second Chance (1994) [Soccadillo]: Explodes after getting slashed by the Megazord's sword.
- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: White Light, Part II (1994) [Nimrod the Scarlet Sentinel/AC/DC]: Playing a triple role. All three were slashed by the Firebird Thunderzord launched from the Mega Tigerzord's arm. AC and DC just vanishes while Nimrod falls to the ground and explodes.
- Power Rangers Turbo: Bicycle Built for the Blues (1997) [Big Burpa]: Explodes after getting slashed by the Turbo Megazord's saber.
- Wolf's Rain: City of Howls (2004; anime) [Gehl]: Fell to his death after slipping off a pipe.
- Naruto: Inheritance! The Necklace of Death! (2007; anime) [Nawaki]: Killed (off-screen) after running into an explosive trap, several years before the events of the episode.
