- Ghost Town (2008) [Ghost Cop]: Dies (off-screen) under unspecified circumstances, some time before the story begins; he appears as a ghost when Ricky Gervais comes and talks to him in the park, not realizing that he’s a ghost.
- The Kitchen (2019) [Burns]: Shot with a shotgun blast by Joseph Russo while on the toilet.
Television Deaths[]
- The Sopranos: Another Toothpick (2001) [Mustang Sally]: Shot in the head by Burt Young.
- Heroes: Genesis (2006) [Weasel]: Stabbed in the throat with shard of glass by Ali Larter (after her “Jessica” personality takes over); his body is shown up when Ali (in her “Niki” personality) wakes up and discovers him. His body is shown again in the following episode (Don’t Look Back) when Ali discovers him in the trunk of his car.
- The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: Everything is Bellmore (2022) [Jackie]: Dies offscreen of a stroke. This episode was written and filmed after Brian's real life death in 2019.
