• Revenge of the Creature (1955) [Pete]: Killed by the Creature from the Black Lagoon (It's been a while since I've seen this movie, so I can't remember the details, but the IMDB identifies his role as "Pete, teen killed by Gill-Man")
• Four Fast Guns (1960) [Johnny Naco]: Shot in a gunfight in the saloon by his brother James Craig. (Thanks to Brian).
• Twice-Told Tales (The Corpse-Makers; Nights of Terror) (1963) [Giovanni Guasconti]: Inadvertently poisons himself by drinking the antidote to his own toxic body chemistry, while with Joyce Taylor in Vincent Price's garden.
• The Commander (1988) [McPherson]: Poisoned when Lee Van Cleef serves him some poisoned wine.
• The Black Cat (Il Gatto Nero) (1989) [Leonard Levin]: Murdered off-screen by the witch and he then appears as undead being. He is shot in the head byFlorence Guérin. It's possible that Florence Guérin created an ideal version of him with her newfound powers at the end of the film, but the ending leaves a lot of holes to be filled.

TV Deaths

• Hart to Hart: Murder, Murder on the Wall (1980) [Adam Fowler]: Neck snapped (off-screen) by Sid Haig; his body is shown in a crime-scene photo that Don Gordon shows to Stefanie Powers and Robert Wagner.
