- Game of Thrones: A Golden Crown (2011) [Ser Vardis Egan]: As Kate Dickie's champion, Brendan is killed in a swordfight by Peter Dinklage's champion, Jerome Flynn, in a trial by combat. Having already delt several cuts to his femoral artery and hamstring, Jerome finishes him off by stabbing him through the torso from the base of the neck, then unceremoniously drops his body through the Moon Door of the Eyrie.
