2001 Maniacs (2005) [Rufus]: Appears as a ghost, having been killed by Union soldiers during the Civil War (as were the rest of the ghostly townspeople).

Rizzoli & Isles: See One, Do One, Teach One (2010) [The Apprentice]: Shot in the chest by Angie Harmon when she manages to get hold of the gun as they're both reaching for it. His body is shown again later on being zipped up in a bodybag.
Justified: Loose Ends (2012) [Tanner Dodd]: Killed in an explosion after he climbs on a stepladder that had been booby-trapped by Jim Haynie and rigged to go off when the weight is removed from it; the bomb goes off when Brendan drops his gun, causing enough of a change in weight to detonate it.
True Blood: Hopeless (2012) [Nate] Murdered while in his wolf form by Joe Manganiello. He returns to his human form after death.
Chicago P.D.: What Puts You On That Ledge (2015) [Vince Parker]: Stabbed in the neck by Jon Seda.
NCIS: React (2016) [Owen Dixon]: Shot in the head by Christina Chang.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse: Could It Be...Satan? (2018) [Detective Monroe]: Killed after Cody Fern accidentally uses his powers in self-defense to make Brendan's head explode shortly after breaking Brendan's arms and legs. Brendan's death is later undone in the episode "Apocalypse Then" when Billie Lourd travels back in time to kill Cody Fern so that the apocalypse won't happen.
