Film Deaths
- Disturbing Behavior (1998) [Brendan, Motor Jock]: Killed, along with all the other Blue Ribbon students, when William Sadler drives his truck over the dam while the Blue Ribbons are hanging onto it. (Thanks to ND)
- Christina's House (1999) [Eddy Duncan]: Bludgeoned to death by Brad Rowe while Allison Lange looks on helplessly.
- Final Destination (2000) [George Waggner]: Killed in an explosion (along with everybody else on board the plane) when the plane blows up shortly after take-off; we see a distant shot of the explosion from inside the airport.
- Edge of Madness (2002) [Simon Herron]: Killed (though I don't know the details). (Thanks to Kerri)
- Sugar (2004) [Butch]: Bleeds to death after punching through a window, slashing his wrist on the broken glass. (Thanks to Raea)
- Silent Night (2012) [Deputy Jordan]: Electrocuted after being tied up with Christmas lights by Rick Skene. His body is shown again later on when Jaime King discovers him. (Thanks to Tim)
- Stranded (2013) [Lance]: Explodes after being trapped in an airlock by Michael Therriault; he dies as Christian Slater and Amy Matysio attempt to save him.
Television Deaths
- Roswell: Graduation (2002) [Michael Guerin]: Shot to death in Shiri Appelby's vision of the future; he survives the episode in reality. (Thanks to Kerri)
