- 21 Jump Street: I'm Okay, You Need Work (1988) [Kenny Weckerle]: Found dead in a chute while trying to escape from a mental hospital.
- Touched by an Angel: Unidentified Female (1995) [Alex Jackson]: Shot when Brian Bloom's antique gun falls to the floor and goes off on impact. Brian disarmed it in order to show everyone but apparently there was still one bullet left in the chamber. He dies in Allison Smith's arms a short time afterward.
