- Truth or Dare (2018) [Roy Cameron]: Committed suicide via gunshot to the head (off-screen) prior to the film's events. His death was witnessed by Lucy Hale and recounted to his daughter Violett Beane. A video of him on Violett's phone is replayed throughout and eventually possessed by Calax (voiced by Joe Ochman) to offer Violett truth or dare.

- CSI: Irradiator (2010) [Tom Layman]: Shot to death along with Deborah Zoe by Jack Conley.
