The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 (2012) [Seth Clearwater]: Neck snapped by Daniel Cudmore while Booboo is in his wolf form during a battle. The entire battle turns out to be a vision of the future that Ashley Greene shows to Michael Sheen; his death is prevented when Michael decides not to fight. (Note: Since Booboo remains in his CGI wolf form throughout this film, he never actually physically appears in the film, although he is still listed in the credits.) (Thanks to Tommy)
X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) [Warpath]: (1) Hit in the chest by an energy beam fired by a robot. His death is undone when Ellen Page sends Omar Sy's consciousness back in time to prevent the robots from finding Booboo and his group. (2) Incinerated when a robot uses its powers to burn Booboo alive. Although he is not seen later, his death is presumably undone again when the timeline is altered through the actions of Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, and Jennifer Lawrence.
The Last Survivors (2014) [Dean]: Shot to death by Jon Gries' men.
Tales of Halloween (2015) [Isaac]: Killed by a demon.

Hawaii Five-0: Ma Lalo o ka ili (2014) [Tommy Fa'aloa]: Shot to death by the police while chasing after Conor Leslie with a gun; he dies as Alex O'Loughlin tries to save him.

The Walking Dead: Michonne (2017) [Greg]: Accidentally shot in the stomach by Parry Shen; he dies as Samira Wiley and Devery Jacobs try to save him. He later returns as a zombie and is either stabbed in the head or has his head bashed in by Samira, depending on the player's choice
