Charmed: We All Scream for an Ice Cream (2001) [Ari]: Sucked into a black hole (off-screen) along with the other Demonic Childen (Erica Mer, Soren Fulton, Alexa Nikolas and Dylan Kasch) when James Read Managed to activate a Magical Chord to lure them to a Cursed Ice Truck.

Dissidia Duodecim: Final Fantasy (2011) [Vaan]: Killed off-screen while battling the Manikin army, along with Ali Hillis, Hedy Burress, Armando Valdes-Kennedy, Rachael Leigh Cook, and Liam O'Brien in order to allow the other Warriors of Cosmos to survive and enter the next cycle; their bodies vanish from this plane and return to their own worlds, where they are still alive. Due to the group being killed by the Manikins, who are an unauthorised foreign presence to the battlefield, they are permanently erased from the battlefield and constitutes a death in the eyes of the gods.
