- TC 2000 (1993) [Tracker Zoey Kinsella/TC 2000]: Shot in the back by Ramsey Smith during the bad guys' raid on the Trackers' headquarters; she dies in Billy Blanks' arms. Her body is also shown lying on a table in a laboratory before she is brought back to life as a cyborg.
- Guns and Lipstick (1995) [Felicia]: Shot in the chest by one of her own thugs when he tries to shoot Sally Kirkland and hits Bobbie instead.
- Evil Breed: The Legend of Samhain (Samhain) (2003) [Karen Douglas]: Stabbed in the stomach (off-screen) with a pitchfork by one of the mutant cannibals, her body is shown afterwards when Howard Rosenstein discovers her.
