- The Private Life of Henry VIII (1933) [Katherine Howard]: Executed by beheading (off-screen); we only see Charles Laughton’s reaction as he hears the gunshot signaling that the execution has been carried out.
- The Spanish Main (1945) [Anne Bonney]: Stabbed in the stomach during a sword fight with the Spanish soldiers; she dies shortly afterwards with Paul Henreid and Maureen O'Hara kneeling by her side. (Thanks to Bill)
