Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet (Blood Night - Die Legende von Mary Hatchet) (2009) [Eric]: Hacked to death (off-screen) by Danielle Harris while Billy is looking for Michael Wartella and Maryam Basir.
Twelve (2010) [Claude Kenton]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by allowing police officers to shoot him in a "suicide by cop" fashion when he intentionally starts the shoot-out with the police after he guns down several partygoers in his apartment; we see him go outside, hear gunshots as his brother (Rory Culkin) sits inside the apartment in horror and then the scene cuts back to Billy's corpse in the street.
Velvet Buzzsaw (2019) [Bryson]: Killed by a painting of monkeys.
No Time to Die (2021) [Logan Ash]: Crushed to death when Daniel Craig pushes an upturned car onto him. Billy pleads for help, but Daniel decides to kill him anyway, due to Billy's betrayal and murder of Jeffrey Wright earlier on in the film.
Road House (2024) [Ben Brandt]: Neck broken by Conor McGregor when he tells Conor to kill Jake Gyllenhaal, while him and Jake are in the middle of a fight.
Violent Ends (2025) [Lucas Frost]: Shot in the neck by his uncle (Ray McKinnon) after also being shot in the arm and stomach.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent: Icarus (2011) [Marc Landry]: Falls to his death after Michael Panes tampers with the rigging on Christopher McDonald's orders.
Boardwalk Empire: Sunday Best (2012) [Roger]: Drowned in the bathtub by Gretchen Mol, after being forcibly sedated with heroin.
CSI: Karma to Burn (2012) [Michael Crenshaw]: Shot to death by Enrique Murciano, as he attempts to rape Elisabeth Shue.
Maniac: The Lake of the Clouds (2018) [Jed Milgrim]: Blown in half with a shotgun by Geoffrey Cantor as Jonah Hill looks on in shock; his upper half is later seen lying in the jacuzzi. However, this only occurs to the version of the character encountered in Jonah's gangster-inspired dreams; the "real" Jed, along with his other incarnations in the various dreamworlds, survives the episode.
Tell Me a Story: Forgiveness (2018) [Nick Sullivan]: Neck broken after being thrown down a flight of stairs by Danielle Campbell.
Black Mirror: USS Callister: Into Infinity (2025) [Karl]: Portraying an in-game mod and a real-world counterpart, the mod Karl is shot in the stomach with a laser rifle during a struggle with Jimmi Simpson and later dies of his injuries while Cristin Milioti, Osy Ikhile, Milanka Brooks and Paul G. Raymond try to heal him. (The real-world counterpart survives the episode.)
