Ladder 49 (2004) [Dennis Gauquin]: Falls through the room of a burning building, as his brother (Balthazar Getty) looks on helplessly. (Thanks to Neil)
Fracture (2007) [Rob Nunally]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in the head; we hear the shot, then see his body lying on the courthouse steps when Ryan Gosling and Anthony Hopkins discover him. (Thanks to Eric and ND)
