- Live Freaky! Die Freaky! (2006; animated) [Charles Hanson]: Voicing a parody of Charles Manson, he is executed by gassing, electric chair, and hanging until dead, after commissioning several contract killings.
- The Simpsons Movie (2007; animated) [Billie Joe Armstrong]: Drowned, along with Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool, after the contamination of Lake Springfield has eaten up their floating stage, causing it to sink. (played for comic effect).

- Haunted (Episode Simon Redux 2002) [Ghostly Betting Man /Irv Kratser]: Shot in the head by loan sharks after being unable to pay his gambling debts. He appears as a ghosts throughout the episode, and we learn the circumstances of his death when he tells Matthew Fox, who has the ability to talk to ghosts.
