- Hell Fest (2018) [Taylor]: Slashed in the face and stabbed in the stomach by Stephen Conroy when a parkgoer mistakes Bex and Stephen as employees and shoves Bex into Stephen's arms, on top of having their neck lacerated when a guillotine drops on them after Stephen activates it.
Television Deaths[]
- The Killing: Reckoning (2013)[Bullet]: Killed (off-screen) and stuffed in the trunk of a taxi cab. We see Bex's bloody wrist in the episode, Reckoning.
- iZombie: Blaine's World (2015) [Teresa]: Beaten to death (off-screen) with a pillowcase full of billiard balls in a motel room by Rhys Ward between episode 12 and 13 of the first season, with Episode 12 ending with Bex managing to call 911 shortly before dying. We see Bex in the morgue in the episode, Blaine's World.
