Swamp Diamonds (Swamp Women) (1955) [Vera]: Stabbed in the stomach when Marie Windsor throws a makeshift spear at her, while Beverly is shooting at the others from the top of the tree.
It Conquered the World (1956) [Claire Anderson]: Mauled/Strangled by the alien when she attacks it in its cave lair.

Pretty Poison (1968) [Mrs. Stepanek]: Shot four times in the stomach and chest by her daughter (Tuesday Weld) on a staircase.

Gunsmoke: Time of the Jackals (1969) [Leona]: Shot in the stomach by Kipp Whitman after she has shot Leslie Nielsen in the back. She dies in Amanda Blake's arms shortly after James Arness shoots Whitman. (Thanks to Anonymous)

Spider-Man: Partners in Danger Chapter 9: The Haunting of Mary-Jane (1997; animated) [Miranda Wilson]: Killed in an explosion when she detonates the self-destruct switch in her hideout. (Thanks to Dignan)
