- Smallville: X-Ray (2001) [Rose Greer]: Accidentally falls down a flight of stairs during an argument with her daughter (Lizzy Caplan), where she breaks her neck. Lizzy, being able to morph into anyone she wants, transform into her mother in some scenes, while her corpse is kept in a cabinet. Her body is later seen when Tom Welling and Sam Jones III discover it.
